The Ethanol Production Process

How we process agricultural biomass into high-purity anhydrous ethanol

1. Feedstock Selection

Sourcing premium starch and sugar-based agricultural feedstocks like corn, broken rice, and cassava.

2. Fermentation

Yeast is added to converted biomass slurry, cleanly breaking sugars down into ethanol and carbon dioxide.

3. Distillation

The fermented solution goes into complex thermal distillation columns, isolating high-purity raw ethanol output.

4. Dehydration

Remaining moisture fractions are completely eliminated via molecular sieves to yield top-tier anhydrous ethanol ready for petrol blending.
